Active Learning Classroom
Renovation of two existing classrooms on the second floor of the Social Science Laboratory building. The two rooms (270 + 290) were combined to become one larger active learning classroom with enhanced interactive AV capabilities.
The scope of work included the removal of one partition wall, construction of furring walls and ceiling repair. Minor electrical, mechanical, data, and fire alarm was included in the scope along with the coordination of equipment and furniture installation.
Finishes and furnishings were selected from standard UCI vendors.
